From the Lane to the Phone in Two Taps
No app, no account: the customer opens the Web Console straight from the browser on their own smartphone. They scan the QR code shown on the scoring screen, then enter the 4-digit verification code shown on the monitor. Two quick steps: only those playing on that lane take control of the session.
The Game Score, Live on the Phone
As soon as they're connected, the customer sees the live scorecard of the match on their smartphone: frames, strikes, spares and totals updated in real time, exactly like on the lane screen. All the players in the session on a single scrollable screen, with name and total always in plain sight.
The Match Players, Managed From the Phone
The customer sees all the players of the session with name, photo, status and playing order, updated in real time. With a tap they can add a player, rename them, change the photo, enable bumpers, no-tap and handicap, or remove them — everything updates on the lane instantly. Each of these options can be enabled or disabled from the FrontDesk, one by one: the customer sees only the ones you decide to make available.
Food and Drinks, Ordered Straight From the Lane
The customer browses the menu by category — burgers, drinks, coffee, breakfast — with photo and price of every item. One tap to add to the cart, pick options and notes, confirm the order and the staff brings it straight to the lane — without interrupting the match.
Waiter or Mechanic, Called Straight From the Lane
One tap and the customer calls the waiter or the mechanic straight from their own lane: the request reaches the front desk with the lane number.
The Score, Shared With a Single Tap
One tap on the Share button and the phone opens the native share sheet: WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, any app. A clean image of the scorecard goes out — name, totals, frames, strikes and spares — ready to send to the friends who weren't at the lane.
Every Throw, Every Number, Under Control
A table with all the players side by side: strikes, spares, splits, split conversions, open frames, gutters, fouls, best game and worst game — with the average next to each entry.
The Lane, With the Style the Customer Likes
From the phone the customer personalizes the look of the lane: shows or hides the pin deck, the 5 frames, the pin map, the animations and the background pictures. They pick the color from the available palette and the graphic theme they prefer — everything applies on the lane instantly. Every option of the Web Console can be enabled or disabled from the front desk, one by one: the customer sees only what you decide to make available.
