One Totem, Five Ways to Start
A dedicated kiosk totem with barcode scanner and integrated POS: customers serve themselves the moment they walk in, with no queue at the front desk. Five large buttons — Play Now, Reservation, Order Now, Prepaid Card, Check-In — plus a QR code to continue on the phone.

For Those Who Want to Play Right Away
This is the path for walk-in customers with no reservation who want to start right away. The totem shows in real time only the activities that are actually available — no surprises and no queues at the front desk. The customer picks the players, chooses the package — bowling, billiards, laser or any activity you've configured — and optionally adds food and drinks. Pays on the totem POS or at the FrontDesk register: the lane activates automatically.

The Customer Books in a Few Taps
The customer books in advance — lane, table or themed event — from the totem or from the phone: calendar with day, hour and minute grids, players by category and a short contact form for SMS and email confirmation. The booking appears in real time on the FrontDesk, just like one taken at the counter.

The Customer Orders Food & Drinks on Their Own
The customer orders food and drinks from the totem or from the phone: menu split into categories, every item with add-ons, variants and notes for special requests. Chooses delivery to the counter, the table or the lane, or adds the items to an existing reservation via QR or code.

Activate Your Card Right at the Totem
The front desk hands over the physical card, then the customer activates it at the totem: a preset amount with credit, bonus and points already configured in SmartBowl Cloud, or a custom amount. Clear summary with loaded credit, activation fee and bonuses, payment on the integrated POS and the card is activated instantly, ready to play or order.

Balance, Movements and Prizes at a Tap
The customer taps the card on the totem's NFC reader and instantly sees total balance, real credit, bonus, points, expiration and the full movements history. Two direct actions: Recharge or View Prizes. Tap another card on the reader to switch details right away.

Turn Points Into Prizes
From their card the customer opens the prize catalogue: a grid with image, name and points required, managed from SmartBowl Cloud. Items out of stock or beyond available points stay greyed out. Tap a prize, then Reserve Prize: the customer picks it up at the counter and staff find the reservation already logged on the FrontDesk.

Reservation Confirmed in a Tap
The customer arrives with a reservation — booked at the totem, on the website or at the counter — and checks in on their own: scan the QR from the email or type the confirmation code. The reservation is validated and the lane activates as soon as possible. If all lanes are busy, the customer joins a priority waiting list and starts playing the moment a spot opens.
